Children & Minors

🔞 21+ Only: jlmine's platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. jlmine does not knowingly collect, store, or process the personal data of any individual under the age of 21.

If jlmine discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated Account will be suspended. Any real-money transactions conducted during the period of underage use will be reversed in accordance with PAGCOR's requirements, with net deposits returned and any winnings voided.

Responsible adults with access to jlmine should take appropriate measures to prevent minors from accessing the Platform using their devices, payment methods, or Account credentials.
