jlmine Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jlmine," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to jlmine and the online gaming platform accessible at jlmine.org, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on jlmine or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet values, or matched bonus amounts credited to the Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bingo, e-sabong, and any other gaming or non-gaming features offered through jlmine.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jlmine and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which jlmine does not accept players, as determined by applicable laws and the Platform's compliance policies.

By accessing jlmine.org, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered through the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using jlmine and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

jlmine reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jlmine will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered with your Account. Your continued use following such notice constitutes acceptance.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party;
3. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located;
4. You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a Restricted Territory;
5. You are not a current or former employee of jlmine or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of such an employee;
6. You are not self-excluded from jlmine or any other online gambling platform in a manner that would encompass jlmine's Services;
7. You are acting on your own behalf and with funds that are legally yours.

jlmine reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. If a Player is found to be underage, jlmine will immediately suspend the Account, void all game results during the period of underage use, and process a return of net deposits in accordance with applicable regulations. No winnings will be paid to any player who was underage at the time of play.

jlmine does not knowingly permit individuals under 21 to register or play. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed the Platform using your payment methods or identity, contact jlmine support immediately.

4.1 Registration

To access real-money Services on jlmine, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information provided and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active jlmine Account. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or collateral accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. jlmine reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and, in cases of suspected abuse, to forfeit balances associated with such accounts.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jlmine requires each Player to complete KYC verification. This process involves the submission of:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (e.g., passport, driver's license, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months); and
• In some cases, a selfie photo for facial matching purposes.

jlmine may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy ongoing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations or to verify the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending compliance.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. jlmine will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify jlmine immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

5.1 Deposits

jlmine accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet channels (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited in Philippine Pesos and reflected in your Real Money Balance upon successful processing by the payment provider.

jlmine does not charge deposit transaction fees. Any fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer are outside jlmine's control and are the Player's responsibility. Deposit processing times are subject to the payment provider's systems and may vary.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to accounts or payment methods in the name of the registered Account holder. jlmine does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet channels and ₱500 for bank transfers. Completed KYC is required before any withdrawal is processed.

jlmine targets a 15-minute processing time for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals on verified accounts. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's systems. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. jlmine is not liable for delays attributable to external payment provider processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• All active Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Balances must be satisfied before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal;
• A minimum of one qualifying deposit must have been made to the Account;
• jlmine reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times;
• Withdrawals of amounts disproportionate to normal play patterns or deposit history may trigger a review pursuant to jlmine's AML procedures.

jlmine may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published alongside the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at jlmine are subject to a Wagering Requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms prior to claiming.

jlmine does not intentionally design Wagering Requirements to make withdrawal practically impossible. However, failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings accrued from it.

6.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry a validity period, after which unclaimed or incomplete bonuses expire and are removed from the Account. Validity periods are stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.3 Abuse and Misuse

jlmine reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or terminate an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, using arbitrage strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures.

6.4 One Bonus Per Account

Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are available once per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Any attempt to claim new player promotions multiple times through duplicate account creation will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

All games available on jlmine are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

7.1 Random Number Generator Certification

All RNG-based games on jlmine — including slots, RNG table games, and virtual sports — use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by jlmine or by players. Certification details are available within each game's information panel.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, jlmine's recorded game logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a malfunction renders a game result void, jlmine will refund the relevant bet amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. jlmine's determination of malfunction outcomes is final and binding.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game on jlmine is subject to minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. Sports betting markets have their own minimum and maximum stake limits per selection, which are shown at the time of bet placement. jlmine reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without notice.

7.4 Voided Bets and Results

jlmine reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or circumstances where the integrity of a game or sporting event is compromised. Voided bets will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlmine and may result in Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing jlmine from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion would confer an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using jlmine as a financial instrument for illicit purposes;
• Abusing the Platform's payment or withdrawal system in any manner not consistent with genuine gaming activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any aspect of the jlmine platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward jlmine staff or other players via any communication channel.

jlmine is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. Gaming on jlmine is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income, a means to recover financial losses, or an activity that negatively impacts a player's personal, financial, or professional life.

9.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

All registered jlmine players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited to the Account;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts at player-defined intervals during active gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension periods of 24 hours to 6 months, during which no access to real-money gaming is permitted;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure on request, which cannot be reversed once applied.

Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active. Self-exclusion requests are permanent and irreversible.

9.2 Age Verification and Underage Protection

All content on the jlmine platform — including but not limited to the jlmine name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to jlmine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use the jlmine name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorized in writing;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Third-party game content displayed on jlmine is the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is subject to those developers' own intellectual property rights and licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlmine's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

jlmine is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond jlmine's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider issues;
• Decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content;
• Actions taken by Players in reliance on any third-party content or links associated with the Platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits jlmine's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information provided to jlmine is governed by jlmine's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

jlmine collects and processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance;
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and financial transaction records;
• Prevention of fraud, money laundering, and underage access;
• Provision of customer support services;
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention where required;
• Compliance with applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations.

jlmine does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required to deliver the Services (e.g., payment providers, game developers, KYC verification services) or where required by law. jlmine reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect players' rights or obligations — jlmine will provide not less than 14 days' notice prior to the amended terms taking effect, by way of a notice published on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered Account address.

For non-material amendments (including clarifications, typographic corrections, or minor structural changes that do not alter the substance of any provision), jlmine may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The version and effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including disputes relating to Account actions, game outcomes, payment processing, or the interpretation of any provision — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to follow jlmine's internal dispute resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit the dispute to jlmine's customer support team via live chat or email, providing all relevant details and documentation. jlmine will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.

3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the outcome of jlmine's internal review is unsatisfactory, the Player may escalate the matter through applicable regulatory channels.

Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer systems are final and binding. jlmine does not accept disputes based solely on a Player's disagreement with a statistically unfavorable outcome.
